full bust

measure around the fullest part of your bust.

seeney ke sabse bade hisse ka naap lein.

underbust → band size

firmly wrap the tape directly under your bust (on your ribcage). round it to a whole number. if it lands on an odd number, take the next even one. that's your band size (31 becomes 32).

tape ko seeney ke bilkul neeche (pasliyon par) tight lapet kar naap lein. poore number tak round karein. agar odd number aaye to agla even number lein. yahi aap ka band size hai (31 ho to 32).

subtract

subtract your band size from your full bust. the difference gives your cup size.

full bust mein se band size ghatain. farq se cup size maloom hogi.
